Back in action! Aug 2, 2014

After a long break ..... hoping to keep a humble documentation of what I hope will be my testimonial on overcoming the day to day things I battle with God's help (fine unwritten text - I tried doing it myself - it did not work!).

Goal 1: To be able to run a mile!

Time Involved: Two or three 20-minute sessions a week, for 4 weeks
